Returns & Warranties

Nelson Ace Hardware will refund the purchase price (in the same purchase form-cash, credit card or store charge) of any product with a receipt. If you have lost your receipt and we cannot verify the purchase we will be happy to give you a store credit slip in the amount of the products value. 

Warranties differ, but many defective products can be replaced right at Nelson Ace Hardware with proof of purchase.
